Conversion of TDM communication to VoIP TDM

Gateways convert conventional analog (line and extension) and digital E1 PRI communication to IP-based networks, therefore allowing these two technologies to work in an integrated configuration.

SIP Full support
This system fully complies with the latest version of the SIP standard (RFC3261). This ensures interoperability with a wide range of third-party devices including IP phones, video phones and service provider (Telco) switches. Therefore the user is not tied to a specific brand or country for acquiring these devices.

Geographically Distributed System Implementation
This system is designed based on the IMS structure. This structure allows geographically distributed implementation of the system. For example it is possible to design a structure where connections to the public telecom network, call flow management, and connections to the private network are physically situated in geographically dispersed locations. This is also useful for implementation of more effective redundancy solutions.

Flexible Device Management
Administrators may use web, telnet, or console interfaces for connecting to the system which allows management from remote locations.

Customizations for tailor-made solutions
One of the main benefits of AVA products is the availability of the engineering team to clients, and the possibility to design and implement customer-specific features and capabilities into the systems. AVA provides these customization services with minimum costs (or free of charge in some cases).

Virtual Fax
The system provides fax services to all subscribers. In effect, this system can provide fax-boxes to all subscribers. Each subscriber may view/manage their fax box through email notifications or the system's web interface. Faxes are received and stored as PDF files which may be printed out or archived for future reference.

Virtual PBX
In order to provide independent service to special departments in the organization, it is possible to define "virtual PBXs" in the system, by which dedicated channels for connecting to the public telecom network are assigned to the designated department, and system behavior is customized for incoming/outgoing calls on those channels.

Call Recording
This is an optional feature which allows recording of selected calls, a feature frequently used in call centers and customer service departments. Transparency and scalability is achieved through storage on encrypted external media. This feature also offers two levels of recording quality. The low quality option let's you save more space on storage while the high quality option brings more clarity and stereo recording for separation of voice on each call leg.
